On March 29, Wan’an Technology successfully held its 2026 Supplier Conference, bringing together 128 representatives from 76 core suppliers across the country. The conference aimed to collaborate with supplier partners under a strategic, trust-based, and mutually beneficial framework, jointly assessing industry trends and exploring opportunities for development. Attending the event were Chen Feng, Chairman of Wan’an Technology, members of the company’s executive team, and leaders of the management teams of various subsidiaries and business units. The meeting was chaired by Si Chen Feng, the company’s Deputy General Manager.

Recently, Wan’an Technology convened a kickoff presentation session for its postdoctoral research projects. The meeting was attended by a panel of experts, including Yang Dankun, Deputy Director of the Zhuji Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security; Cai Lianlian, Director of the Municipal Talent Development Service Center; Professor Zhao Zhiguo of Tongji University; Professor Yu Xiaoli of Zhejiang University; Professor Li Qiang of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology; Chen Jiang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Chen Feng, Chairman of Wan’an Technology; and Qiu Baoxiang, Senior Director of the Technology Center. Professor Yu Xiaoli served as the chair of the review panel.

On the morning of March 18, the 2025 Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Annual Thematic Conference was held at the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hall. Hosted by the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association, the conference brought together more than 600 representatives of Zhejiang entrepreneurs from around the world to share their hometown ties, seize shared opportunities, and jointly chart a course for even greater development.

To thoroughly implement the “quantity–cost–profit” management philosophy and achieve simultaneous improvements in efficiency and profitability, Wan’an Zhiyu held its 14th internal QC presentation and evaluation meeting on March 16. Seven QC teams from the company took to the stage one after another, with their project topics covering key areas such as production bottlenecks, process optimization, and energy consumption reduction. Shen Jun, General Manager of Wan’an Zhiyu, along with members of the company’s executive team, attended the meeting.

Recently, the Conference on Benchmarking, Competing, Striving for Excellence, and Pursuing First-Class Performance in High-Quality Economic Development was successfully held in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone in Hubei Province. The conference aimed to comprehensively implement the province- and city-level decisions and deployment for the new year, inspire all sectors of the zone to unite as one and strive vigorously for excellence, and accelerate the transformation of China Auto Valley into a world-class automotive hub.

On March 13, the Guangxi Wanan Quality Knowledge Competition was successfully held under the theme “Pursuing Excellence, Winning the Future through Quality.” The event thoroughly assessed the quality-learning achievements of all employees, reinforced a shared commitment to putting quality first, and further consolidated the company’s momentum for sustained development.

On March 7, under the theme “Seeking Spring’s Charm Amidst Mountains and Waters, Celebrating Women’s Splendor,” female employees of the Anhui Wan’an Party, Labor, Trade Union, and Women’s Committees—those with 10 or more years of service as well as outstanding individuals of the year—embarked on a two-day spring excursion to Liqiao Water Town and Yongquan Small Town in Tongling.

To carry forward the Wan’an spirit of craftsmanship and showcase the fine demeanor of female employees, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Wan’an Group Trade Union Federation organized a spring outing for female employees with 20 or more years of service to Qingshan Lake in Lin’an, under the theme “Twenty Years of Devotion to Wan’an: Celebrating Grace and Brilliance in the Breeze of Spring.” The event was held over the weekend.

Recognizing excellence and setting benchmarks to forge ahead and write a new chapter. On March 3, Wan’an Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony. Nearly 300 people attended, including senior management from the Group’s functional departments and all subsidiaries and business units, as well as outstanding employees. Leaders of the Group’s Party Committee, members of the Board of Directors, and members of the executive teams of each industrial segment were also in attendance.
