Chen Lixiang, Founder and Party Secretary of Wan’an Group, extended warm congratulations to the outstanding collectives and individuals honored with awards, and expressed his gratitude and respect to all Wan’an employees who steadfastly dedicate themselves to their respective posts and fields of work with loyalty and diligence. He set forth the following requirements for even better development in 2026: First, we must firmly implement the post-responsibility-performance mechanism. At its core, management is about leading people, coordinating tasks, and integrating resources. This mechanism visualizes job task lists and grids responsibilities by position, which facilitates the design of the corporate power structure and the assessment of employees’ qualities and capabilities—making it the most effective approach to enhancing corporate governance; second, we must steadfastly pursue the principle of “volume–cost–profit,” placing the market at the center and profit as the fundamental goal. We must attach great importance to the timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports on strategic marketing, two-tier piece-rate accounting, human resources, inventory, investment projects, quality costs, and other areas, and ensure that these reports are effectively utilized for decision-making; third, we must enhance our ability to correct mistakes. The greatest waste for managers is the delay in time, missed opportunities, and delayed insight; therefore, we must intensify learning, conduct thorough research and field practice, and systematically review and rectify errors, striving to improve our perceptiveness, judgment, and level of understanding, while cultivating a broad-mindedness rooted in selflessness and integrity, so as to develop ourselves into truly outstanding professionals; fourth, robots are quietly transforming the world. In the AI era, Wan’an must establish and apply an advanced information management system, particularly in the areas of investment and the cultivation of top-notch professional talent, by formulating feasible implementation plans for evaluation and approval. At the same time, we should achieve breakthrough progress in building a “dark factory” production model; fifth, the focus of the two-tier oversight and audit function lies in the implementation and effectiveness of the post-responsibility-performance mechanism, the scope and outcomes of job rotation aimed at broadening skill sets and addressing weaknesses, the advanced nature and effectiveness of marketing management standards, as well as the safety of critical materials throughout procurement, sales, and inventory management and the security of assets. The red lines for auditing include asset loss, safety incidents, and falsification of information and data; sixth, we must never slacken in our commitment to continuous learning. There are already too many intelligent people in the world, and there will always be those who are even smarter and have more resources. However, as long as you keep learning and improving every day, month, and year, striving to ensure that your understanding is always up-to-date and your insights and judgments are always accurate, no one in this world will ever be able to catch up with you; seventh, we must strive with unwavering determination to achieve new victories. Top-level design is the starting point of corporate strategy, corporate governance is the foundation of organizational operations, and well-designed mechanisms ensure deep alignment between order and the hearts of employees. Truly cyclical-resilient enterprises rely not on luck, but on the power of robust mechanisms. Proactive planning in good times further highlights a company’s vision and breadth of perspective. Only those who anticipate challenges ahead can remain calm in times of uncertainty and succeed before action is even required. Finally, I hope that we can achieve resonance in our understanding, boldly take the lead, and attain new and greater successes.

During the event, Wan’an also held a ceremony to sign the 2026 Annual Business Performance Responsibility Agreements. These agreements represent a weighty mission and high expectations, clearly defining the company’s goals for the coming year, providing direction for the year-round work of each business segment and subsidiary/department, and demonstrating Wan’an’s unwavering determination—across all levels of the organization—to achieve comprehensive success in 2026!
