VIE conducts performance reviews for the 2025 fiscal year to assess the qualities and capabilities of its cadres.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of and objectively evaluate the qualities and capabilities of managers at all levels, identify outstanding talents, and cultivate a talent pipeline, VIE held a two-day annual performance review conference. Nearly 60 members of the management team reported to the company’s senior leadership.
At the performance review meeting, the management teams of the Group, VIE Technology, and various subsidiaries/business units—along with VIE Investment, Hengchuang Zhixing, Yichuang Zhilian, and other companies—adhered to the standards of “precision, accuracy, and practicality.” Focusing on four key areas—“job responsibilities, job performance, work review, and development aspirations”—they presented data, highlighted concrete achievements, conducted in-depth analyses, and provided comprehensive summaries, vividly demonstrating their dedication and ambition in their respective roles.
Judges including Chen Lixiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group; Chen Jiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Chen Feng, Chairman of VIE Technology, provided on-site comments on the performance reports submitted by the personnel over the past year and put forward clear requirements for their future work. They offered targeted guidance to help these personnel focus on key areas, analyze problems thoroughly, and make improvements and enhancements.
The Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Group have put forward the following requirements: First, people are the primary factor in achieving success. The management team must first engage in continuous learning to constantly enhance their theoretical understanding, professional competence, and strategic thinking, and carefully refine ideas and measures for effectively implementing their work. Second, deeply practicing the principle of “volume, cost, and profit,” with the market as the central focus and profitability as the fundamental goal, is the core philosophy underlying VIE’s high-quality operations. We must thoroughly grasp the essence and implications of this principle and implement concrete measures to follow through—this is the fundamental guideline for further improving efficiency and effectiveness. Third, we must fully implement the accountability system based on job responsibilities, fully recognize the importance of teamwork, harness collective wisdom, identify and address weaknesses, strengthen our capabilities, and work together to open up new horizons in areas such as market development and management.
For many consecutive years, we have carried out performance appraisal and evaluation activities, which have effectively assessed the work achievements and potential capabilities of VIE’s cadres, laying a solid foundation for VIE to achieve even better development by 2026.
