Job Description: 1. Responsible for the product development, system solution design, and project management of high-power wireless charging systems. 2. Primarily responsible for the hardware design, EMC design, and functional debugging of high-power wireless charging systems. 3. Responsible for schematic design, component selection, and custom component design. 4. Drafting technical specifications and technical reports throughout the product R&D process. 5. Troubleshooting hardware-related issues during development, testing, application, and production transfer. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Measurement and Control, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in power electronics R&D, some project management experience, and good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 2. Possess a solid theoretical foundation in circuit analysis, familiar with embedded hardware design and analog circuit design, with experience in developing and designing high-power AC-DC power supplies, and proficient in the application and selection of power devices (such as IGBTs and MOSFETs) as well as magnetic component design. 3. Familiar with the design principles of automotive charging piles, with experience in schematic design, EMC testing, and safety regulation compliance. 4. Have strong communication and collaboration skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. 5. Job Description: 1. Responsible for the development of system control software for wireless charging piles and DC power supply products. 2. Responsible for preparing detailed design specifications for multiple modules, independently completing source code design as well as protocols, logic, control, algorithms, and self-testing. 3. Responsible for maintaining multiple modules and related derivative products. 4. Responsible for product testing and product optimization design, preparing relevant technical documentation, and providing technical support. 5. Responsible for managing the software team and mentoring employees. Job Requirements: 1. Master’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Automation, Automatic Control, or a related field. 2. More than two years of work experience in the development of control software for power electronics-related industries; priority will be given to candidates with experience in solar photovoltaic products, UPS systems, and high-power switching power supply software development. 3. Familiar with motor control theory and knowledge; proficient in the development and application of microcontrollers, ARM, and TI28 series DSPs; skilled in embedded C or C++ programming. 4. Familiar with the development of control boards and common chips; familiar with embedded operating system programming; knowledgeable about basic communication principles and familiar with the topological structures of common power circuits. 5. Possess a strong mathematical foundation and excellent abstract and analytical skills; have good communication skills and a strong team spirit, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
