Wanan Zhiyu Holds Annual Recognition Ceremony for Tiered Review

To further consolidate achievements, enhance product quality, better meet customer needs, and foster a positive culture of “learning from one another, striving to excel, and surpassing each other,” Wan’an Zhiyu recently held its annual tiered review and recognition ceremony. The company’s management team presented cash awards on-site to 16 outstanding employees.

According to reports, the Layered Process Audit (LPA) system, as a core component of the company’s lean management and quality control framework, directly impacts the stability of production operations and the reliability of product quality. In April last year, Wan’an Zhiyu officially launched the LPA on the WeCom platform and put it into operation. Over the past year, the system has operated smoothly, with participation spanning the executive team, department managers, inspection station supervisors, inspectors, workshop supervisors, and production-line team leaders, thereby effectively driving quality improvements, ensuring on-time product delivery, and recognizing a number of outstanding individuals who demonstrate dedication and proactively pursue continuous improvement.

This recognition focuses on three key dimensions of LPA implementation:

Excellent Auditor

In 2025, tiered audits identified a total of 801 issues. Among them, the five auditors who detected the highest number of issues accounted for 481 in aggregate. With their professional expertise and keen insight, they accurately pinpointed on-site hazards and rigorously controlled critical process points, truly serving as the “sharp eyes” of the LPA system.

Review Executor

Among the 43 auditors who participated in LPA throughout the year, nine achieved a plan completion rate of over 90%. With a strong sense of responsibility, they consistently delivered audit assignments on time, to the required quality standards, and in full scope, serving as the driving force behind the successful implementation of LPA.

Positive improver

A total of 11 individuals were assigned responsibility for addressing more than 20 issues throughout the year, with five of them achieving an issue-resolution closure rate of over 80%. In response to issues identified during audits, these colleagues have demonstrated proactive engagement and swift corrective action, serving as a solid foundation for LPA’s continuous improvement efforts.

During the meeting, Shen Jun, General Manager of Wan’an Zhiyu, fully affirmed the current effectiveness of LPA implementation and set forth clear requirements for subsequent work: first, audit activities must be firmly focused on practical results and avoid mere formalism, with the core objective being to identify problems and assess risks; second, all types of notifications must include conclusive evaluations; and third, monthly summaries should provide objective assessments covering the performance of inspection personnel, the effectiveness of corrective actions, and other relevant aspects, striving to highlight issues that are both substantive and valuable.

This recognition not only affirms our past achievements but also serves as a rallying call for the future. We urge all employees to take the outstanding individuals as role models, integrate LPA standards into their daily work, translate them into concrete actions, continuously strengthen on-site foundational management, and jointly build a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
