Job Description:

1. Conduct procurement audits within the region in accordance with the Procurement Audit Operation Guidelines, covering but not limited to procurement plan management, purchase order management, supplier management, cost management, and risk management.
2. Communicate and coordinate with relevant procurement personnel, conduct procurement audits, and communicate with procurement staff to address and rectify any issues identified during the audits.
3. Collect and analyze relevant information on procurement personnel and procurement activities within the region, as well as any existing issues, and provide timely guidance.
4. Provide business training to procurement personnel and assist them in enhancing their professional capabilities.
5. Report issues identified during audits to the internal audit department and communicate with relevant personnel to implement corrective actions.
6. Collaborate to optimize business processes and provide optimization solutions.

Job requirements:

1. Associate degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of procurement experience, with experience in supplier management and procurement operations; proficient in cost estimation and price negotiation; able to handle pressure effectively.
3. Work experience in procurement manager/supervisor positions or above at large corporations or publicly listed companies;
4. Possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
