Job Description:

1. Establish and improve the group company’s system management framework: Participate in the formulation and drafting of various systems and regulations for the group company’s enterprise management work.
2. Responsible for developing process and system management standards, and improving the full lifecycle management of processes and systems.
3. In accordance with the Group’s strategic development needs, refine and optimize the work processes of all industrial companies under the Group.
4. Organize and refine the Group’s goal system and each unit’s indicator system, and complete tasks such as breaking down operational targets and conducting supervision and regulation.
5. Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not limited.
2. More than 2-3 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year of experience in operations management, system streamlining, and process internal controls.
3. Strong writing skills and excellent ability to draft official documents and regulations;
4. Possess strong organizational, managerial, communication, coordination, adaptability, logical thinking, and judgment skills.
