Job Description:
1. Responsible for internal project management of platform development projects and client projects, identifying and addressing risks to ensure the successful execution of project plans.
2. Responsible for the implementation of project planning, cost management, risk management, quality assurance, and issue resolution; and working with the technical team to address technical, communication, and resource-related challenges encountered during product development.
3. Coordinate the resolution of various project issues, provide guidance and coordination in addressing technical problems, and possess a certain degree of decision-making authority over general technical solutions.
4. Collaborate with the supervisor to manage and tackle major internal technical issues, providing guidance, coordination, and impetus for all departments in their efforts to address these critical technical challenges.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree; preference given to candidates majoring in Electronics or Automation.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
3. Possess excellent project management skills and be adept at controlling project schedules, costs, quality, risks, and issues.
4. Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, and strong teamwork skills.
5. Familiar with chassis electronic control products and possessing certain technical experience; ideally, candidates should have development and management experience with electrically controlled braking systems (such as ABS, ESC, EPB, TWOBOX, ONEBOX, EMB, etc.).
