Job Description:
1. In accordance with the company’s overarching strategy, assist the President in managing and operating the company’s business, promote the development of various business lines, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of operational objectives.
2. Coordinate the relationships among the Group’s headquarters and its various subsidiaries;
3. Under the leadership of the president, be responsible for the planning, implementation, inspection, supervision, and follow-up of specific management tasks within the company.
4. Track the achievement of the company’s operational goals, and provide analytical insights and improvement recommendations.
5. Assist the President in handling business receptions, customer visits, media relations, and other related matters.
6. Assist the President in coordinating the Group’s working relationships with external management structures, industry associations, and key clients.
7. Assist the President in overseeing the implementation of various management systems within the Group and provide rationalization suggestions.
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s degree; preference given to candidates with a major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Willing to work hard and learn (taught personally by the CEO), with a proactive attitude;
3. Proactive, enthusiastic, focused, and energetic; prior experience in operations management is a plus.
4. Possesses a good professional image, professional ethics, and work habits;
5. Pay attention to details and have a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Interested in the automotive, new energy, and connected car industries.
