Job Description:

1. Lead the full lifecycle management of R&D projects, including requirement alignment, solution planning, task breakdown, schedule control, and budget management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget.

2. Responsible for assembling the project team and coordinating cross-departmental resources from marketing, R&D, testing, pilot production, and quality assurance to address technical challenges, resource conflicts, requirement changes, and other issues, thereby ensuring the efficient advancement of the project.

3. Responsible for identifying and addressing project risks, organizing key milestones such as requirement reviews, design reviews, and product acceptance tests to ensure R&D quality; and completing project document archiving and post-project review and summarization.

4. Liaise with clients and external partners, handle requirement communication, technical coordination, issue resolution, and maintain positive collaborative relationships.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a science and engineering field such as computer science, electronic information, or software engineering, with more than 3 years of project management experience (priority will be given to candidates with full end-to-end implementation experience from scratch).

2. Possess a solid technical foundation and be familiar with at least one core R&D area (such as software, hardware, or structure). Understand the R&D process, be able to comprehend technical proposals, and participate in technical reviews.

3. Master basic project management methodologies, be proficient in using at least one project management tool, and possess fundamental capabilities in cost control and risk management.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently liaising with various stakeholders and resolving cross-departmental conflicts; highly responsible, resilient under pressure, and able to adapt to high-intensity work environments.

5. Preference will be given to candidates holding project management certifications such as PMP and ACP, or relevant technical certifications.
